We always have the ingredients on hand for this delicious, easy meal.
2 packages Keilbasa sausage, sliced
1 large package frozen green beans
Lots of cooked rice
Put sausages in a large pot. Add 1/2 cup water.
Cover and steam till heated, stirring or shaking often.
Add green beans. Cook until beans are cooked thoroughly and are hot.

16 ounces pasta of choice
3 cans of Nalley chili
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
Cook pasta to al dante. Heat chili. Drain pasta and mix in chili, cheese and sour cream.
Notes: we used three different kinds of chili,one thick, one original and one jalapeno and it gives the mac a little bit of a kick.
